Of course, the "discourse" is a HTBT, but I believe it's safe to say, if the coaches do the hiring (as opposed to an assigner), it makes it far more difficult to deal with unsportsmanlike conduct. I take it the same goes in your respective areas.
Difficult in an AAU Tournament? Nope, at least not for me. Who assigns an AAU Tournament means nothing to me. I just work the game and do my job. I do not live for these tournaments, I work for the regular season and honestly take less crap during these tournament than I ever would during the regular season even if a coach assigned it.
