Ohio v SFU substitution denial end of 1st half???
Did anyone notice that the referees did not allow Baltic to sub into the game to cover the throw in at 0.8 seconds of first half? It was just after the made free throws and subsequent throw in by Ohio that went out of bounds on the other end (SFU to inbound under their own basket). it appears that they confused the rule by not allowing a player to come OFF the court unless no time had expired - or they mistakingly believed Baltic came out at the 0.8 mark. Baltic actually subbed out of the game at about the 9.0 second mark to avoid picking up a 3rd foul.
