I'll try one more time, Billy. As cited earlier, a foul which doesn't hinder the opponent (create an advantage)
is not a foul. A violation, by definition, is what it is. By local standards, or for whatever other reason, you may choose to ignore this violation under certain circumstances, but it is still a violation.
