Wow, New NFHS Rules
Things I learned in our final two weeks of CYO Varsity (Grades 7/8) play:
- If Team A is shooting two free throws, Team B cannot get a time out granted until after the first free throw.
- Water cannot be given to players during 30 second timeouts.
