I think OU #14 got away with his move by dumb luck. It seemed like the C - who was about to rotate into the T - may have been straight lined. The original T when the play came into frontcourt may have been shifting his view because of an anticipated rotation.

Camera angle showed there may have been something. Looked more like a tap to me, and #3's reaction means nothing given that it was identical to his reaction after he flopped 10 seconds earlier.
