Our basic procedure, coming out of a time out:

*Tweet
*"White ball!" (pointing with arm)
*"Designated"/"End line" (point to spot or sweeping arm)

As the thrower-in is coming out of the time out, I'll also give a verbal reminder ("14, you can run the end line, if you want"), but that's just me. One girl smiled at me and replied, "Well, I don't want to!" I just chuckled and gave my wife's favorite word: "FINE!"
