I saw it when it happened. Duke had the ball originally and the old Trail didn't see the Lead rotate to the other side. Maryland got the rebound and they had a transition play, so there were two Leads. The real Lead came up with what looked to be a block but he didn't ever really signal. (Started to bring both fists down but stopped) The C came out immediately with a PC foul, even though he was in the L position on the other side of the court. It looked bad, but nobody said anything on TV about it.
Pretty sure it was late in the first half.
