I asked for game management and had him removed from the premises. I didn't charge a technical even though he was sitting on the end of the bench and then stood up and was walking behind the benches. As he's leaving, he tells me, "I'll wait outside for you."

I hate to rain on your parade, but, "blew the game", and "was bias", would have immediately earned him, at least, a technical foul, and maybe a flagrant technical foul. The, "I'll wait outside for you", would have either earned him a second technical, and an ejection, or it would have been the, "cherry on top", of the first flagrant technical.
Here in Connecticut, he would have not been allowed to coach, on any level, until he sat out the next junior varsity game. The last time a junior varsity official did this, he got a standing ovation at out next local board meeting.
