[FIBA] Time-out request near the 2:00 mark

Here's the play:

Team B leads with a score of 47-44. With 2:05 remaining in the 4th quarter, A-15 shots a 3-pointer and it is successful with 2:02 on the clock. The timer correctly does not stop the clock when the clock reaches 2:00.

After the basket is successful, and before the ball is at the disposal of the Team B thrower-in, the Team B coach approaches the table and requests a time-out. Because Team B was scored upon, the timer stops the clock and sounds the horn in order to grant the time-out. The clock reads 1:57 when stopped.

The officials can't decide if the ensuing throw-in should be granted (a) in Team B's backcourt (full end line) because the goal was scored outside of 2:00, or (b) in Team B's frontcourt because the clock now reads under 2:00.

What is your call?
