Yup, let's pull Kitts' entire schedule. Better yet, let's not ever let him officiate ever again.
His crew made a mistake. It was made public and apparently all the powers-to-be were satisfied that Kitts was of the caliber to not let such a mistake happen again.
And that's all that matters.
