You have your base calls of a personal fouls and technical fouls.
Personal foul=live ball contact
Technical foul=dead ball or noncontact fouls
Personal fouls and technical fouls have different modifiers that describe what kind of foul it can be. That's where you get your double personal fouls, double technical fouls, intentional personal fouls, intentional technical foul, etc.
There is technically no official signal for when one had to DQ a player/ejected a coach. You just report the foul as a flagrant foul/T, inform the coach, tell the table to put 20 on the clock, and inform the player.
