Situation B: Same as above only contact happens after ball was whistled dead for an infraction or a foul.
Intentional technical foul...dead ball contact that is either intentional or flagrant by rule is a technical foul
Situation C: Same as Situaton B above (dead ball situation), only A1 had possession of the ball, and B1 was making attempt at the ball when the contact/shove occurred.
You have to decide if the contact was intentional (excessive contact) or flagrant. If it's neither, than the contact is ignored...otherwise it's a technical foul just as it was in B.
