Please describe a play where this would (or might) make a difference.

I am talking about a play in which defensive player B5 has been holding a position in the RA for a while and is facing away from the dribble, and then the dribbler, who has beaten his primary defender, clashes into B5.
In this situation, B5 can be to considered to be screening because B5 has been holding his position for a while and gave the dribble the opportunity to avoid contact. The rules say nothing about no screening in the RA, so I am asking just to clarify.
Or you can say that B5 isn't really a Secondary Defender because he didn't really helped his teammate by moving into the path of the dribbler. Is B5 considered a secondary defender?
