Can a secondary defender obtain a legal screening position in the Restricted Area?
In NCAA, can a secondary defender establish a legal screening position in the Restricted Area for the purposes of drawing a player control foul?
The NCAA rules only say that a secondary defender cannot establish an initial legal guarding position in the RA. Nothing specify that a secondary defender cannot establish a legal screening position in the RA.
