What a night
B/G JV Doubleheader last night
Boy's game was going fine. Lots of fouls, but I've come to expect that in JV. Close game throughout. Then, with about 5 minutes to go, a kid springs a leak from his nose, no idea how. Anyway, there's blood on the floor, blood on the ball...10-15 minute delay.
Then three minutes later, the scoreboard goes out. 5 minute delay.
Then, you guessed it...overtime. Nearly had double OT, but the trailing team missed a layup at the end.
Oh yeah, we still had a whole girls game to go. First game at 6, out of the gym at 9:15. Good part was that our assignor was there and said we did a nice job.
