It did change. That's a fact Jack.
But now I see why he believes this. He does both NFHS, and NCAA, games. That's why he's confused. He's a pretty smart guy, and a good official. I couldn't figure out why he screwed up this simple rule. Now I know. Thanks Camron Rust
