4-1-1 Please ???
I had a debate last night at our monthly board meeting with a colleague. He believes that the throwin after a technical foul can take place on either side (scorers table, or opposite scorers table) of the division line. I know, for a fact, that it must take place on the division line opposite the table (NFHS 7-5). I also know that, way back before some of your were born, the rule was that the throwin could legally occur on either side. My rule books only go back to 1996-97. Do any of you grizzled veterans know when this rule changed to only the side opposite the table?
