Dribbling Out of Bounds
A1 has the ball at his disposal for a designated spot throw in. Is it a violation if he dribbles the ball while looking for an open teammate?
7-6-2 says that the thrower shall release the ball on a pass directly onto the court....does that mean A1 can't dribble?
