PSK Question
Would like input on a play we had last Friday night. Scrimmage kick formation and we have an incidental face mask penalty on K3 and an incidental face mask on R5. The fouls occur beyond the neutral zone and before the kick ends with R being downed at his 10 yd line. Oh, and we also had illegal participation by R. Take away the illegal participation and its a simple call. But, the IP negates a PSK. Your thoughts on inforcement, please.
