Question 1.
Does 8-3 allow for two different players to attempt the FT's for a technical.
Can A1 shoot the first and then A6 shoot the second?
Question 2.
If Coach/Captain of team A (offended team) chooses one of his bench players (A7) to come in for A1 and shoot the technical FT's, would then A1 have to remain as a bench/sub until the clock had been properly started with accordance to 3-3-4?
