1. I agree, we dont have to wait until the ball gets to the other end of the floor!

2. For me, I like a partner to assess the 2nd T on something as egregious as that. It doesnt make the official who called the 1st T look like he's out to get someone. Tag-team technicals!

I saw this play last night, there was no whistle until the ball hit the wall on the other end. The calling official who was now furthest from the ball had to toss the guy too
I had to go 1, 2 on the same guy for similar actions a while back, I felt my partner could've joined the party.

Im realizing many of us would rather let our partner issue back to backers so they look like the bad guy. It takes good partnering & a set to be willing to team officiate dead ball situations! If they hate my partner for doing his job, I dont mind them hating me as well. IJS
