I guess the officials aren't too biased against them, since they're in second place in their division, only two games out of first.
The premise of the article, that they think one of their players isn't getting enough foul calls because, in their opinion, her "game" is the "same" as someone on another team who shoots many more free throws. How ridiculous a premise is that? And notice they don't really use the number of foul calls as a criteria, but the number of free throws shot. Maybe if they compared the actual number of fouls called, the numbers would be closer. Remember, not all fouls are shooting fouls - or don't they know that?
