FIBA does not have flagrant fouls as such, they are deemed Unsporting and the player can be ejected based on the severity of the foul or if they receive 2 Unsporting fouls in one game. Should the foul be determined to be severe enough to require ejection then it is called a disqualifying foul and gets the "cheer" signal (my favorite). Imagine two closed fists raised above the head, like signalling a 3 only with closed hands.
