Most common sign I see these days, and one I use. Signal outs with both hands spread and either fists, or one finger pointing on each hand, then bring right hand to bill and tap with one finger.
Most common I see to say it is no longer in effect is a right hand wiping left forearm from elbow to wrist. Some folks don't use a sign to wipe off IFF, I do.
