It depends on who I am working with. With new guys i usually will tap the hat and point to them from the field, or behind the plate just tap the forehead of my mask. With the regular crew, we do anything from hang ten, tip the cap, grab your cup, or just go thru a multitude of signs like a 3rd base coach to have fun
