Interesting Sitch Last night.. Fed Rules
V.Runner on 2nd gets back picked. SS catches the ball in the base path and then is ran into by runner. SS tags runner. I call runner out. Next Inning, other team H runner at first gets back picked. Runner contacts 1b who is in the base path. 1b catches ball as he is falling and tags runner. I call runner safe on obstruction because contact was made before the ball was caught. Is that the correct ruling??
