(Technical foul shots (if other shots are not to follow) are ALWAYS followed by a throw in at the division line opposite the table, never at the spot of the foul.)

The situation as you describe it will result in the T free throws by Team A only (any player, lane cleared), then Team A gets the ball at the division line opposite the table.

In the other situation, if the first foul by A2 had been intentional, followed by the T by B2, then you would administer the foul shots in the order that they occured. So, B2 gets 2 free throws (if he has not been disqualified with a flagrant T) with the lane cleared. Then, Team A (any player) gets the 2 T free throws, and ball at division line.

If you have an intentional foul only, that results in 2 free throws by the fouled player with the lane cleared, then same team gets the ball at the spot nearest the foul. If that happens to be on the endline, he can run, if the last shot entered the basket.
