Now, if your "T" was an intentional "T", for example a push after the ball was dead, you would shoot the fouls in the order they happened, just as BBR said, and then take the ball out for the "T" at the spot of the intentional "T" foul.

No sir, that's not true. A technical foul
always results in the team getting the ball, putting it in play from the division line.
Only intnetinal personal fouls result in the ball being inbounded from the nearest spot.
