Well you have to work games. Work as many games as you can and use them to work on stuff. Even if you do not do all the mechanics, use that opportunity to see plays. Not sure what else you can do to build a schedule other than go to camps, but you can improve your game by seeing plays. The more plays you see the more second nature it is to make calls. Work on refereeing the defense and calling obvious violations consistently. This is a time I call my game and I do not care what my partner does. That is of course if your summer games are primarily laid back affairs with the purpose for the kids to play, not necessarily win.
