So I usually work boys games, but I'm working my first girls game, it's 7/8th graders. I had the special rules down, a good pregame with my partner, tossed it up well, and away we go. All's well until we switch, and I am lead in team B's frontcourt. There's no other way to say this nicely: These girls from team B absolutely stunk. I don't mean they were bad players, they really smelled! I didn't know girls that age could smell that bad!. Needless to say, I made several adjustments, especially working way back off the end line. I don't think it affected my officiating, although I kept my distance from their teams designated "thrower-in" whenever possible.

So has anyone here ever encountered this before? I know there's nothing that can be done, although I certainly would have liked to send everyone to the showers, literally.
