I'm sure you all know that here in Oregon, it rains sometimes. Well, almost all the time. We just finished with one of the rainiest months of March ever, since they started keeping records. It rained on 28 out of the 31 days. I'm sure we could support a major professional outdoor water polo league. I guess I'd have to join the NWOWPO assn. Can you even blow a Fox 40 when it's full of water?
