BOSS Officials covers youth and adult games
year round in San Diego.
This month was very busy with one official doing 108 games.
Most of our sites play (4) one hour games
and sometimes on weekends we go and do (6).

I disagree about the fees being lower because guys
settle for lower pay and work too many games.
If officials try to negotiate for fees that
are out of the normal price range,eventually someone else
will underbid, or the director will recruit and train
his own group of officials.
$18-20 an hour is a fair wage.
