As these are all good things to do for a pregame meeting with the captains. Normally at the NIRSA tournaments you are giving a pregame speech about sportmanship you are suppose to read. Also, check with your clinicians about anything special they want you to cover regading rules and certain things.

I remember doing those back when I was college, I went a lot of time to the Northeast at Boston Uninversity or the Mid-Atlantic at University of Maryland regionals had a blast learned a lot and also earned a few trips to the National Tournament.

Most important have fun with it and try to learn and with your pregame try to keep it consistant through out the tournament for both Men's and Women's team!
