FIBA has TC during a TI:
- Fouls are TC fouls, so no shots.
- BC violations exist.
- When inbounding near the DL, the official must clearly announce to the thrower-in the location of the TI. AR: A BC violation is always a FC TI for the new team.
- DL TIs can use the BC.
