If the call is a double technical foul, go with no foul shots and use the POI - which may be a throw-in for the team in control, or the arrow if no team had control.
If the call is anything else, including a false double, penalize the Ts in the order they occurred, and give the team that shoots the last free throws a division line throw-in.
