Sub or not?
Beginning of second half. High School Basketball. Before R puts the ball in play, table lets us know that the visiting team has put players in without checking them in before the 15 second mark.
Do you allow the coach to "buy" them in with a time out?
This is a matter of discussion among a few of us.
