and thanks for the responses guys, wasnt too sure on the exact process of fouls but i knew the player needed to be ejected without question. I wouldn't worry one bit about the close game, one player stuff, etc.
I also have no problem penalizing the entire act as one play and hitting him simply with the flagrant personal. But if the taunting was significant, it would make sense to consider following up with a technical foul for that as well.
