Barry, this is great. Where can I find the full text? Is it on the internet?

Another thought also comes to mind with the reference to Rule 10-10.... it ain't there no more! Is there a place to see historically the evolution of the rules from 100 years ago to now? It would be very interesting... back when balls didn't bounce straight and 'air dribbles' (traveling) were a method of moving the ball down the court...

Perhaps Jurrasic or Elias has a library of ancient rule books.

How long ago was the "Tower Philosophy" written down?
