Excuse me Loudwhistle, that comment was rather insulting considering. I'm his wife & he lost that long ago. As a one studying to be a official in more than one sport. If you were a coach making that comment to me as a official. You'd be out of the game real quick.

As a runner, athlete, etc. I've had ACL injuries in both knees, Patella dislocation in one knee, hurt ankles, torn muscles & tendons, broken fingers, bone spurs, etc. I'm still up & going & don't complain.

I think this a good topic, as far as to compare notes to see how we overcome our injuries to get back on the court, etc.

I once lost a spike during a race & was covered in blood and torn a ACL, but still qualified for state because I didn't give up.
