Nope, the referee has total jurisdiction over the actual running of the game from the time he appears on the court for warmups up until the time he disappears from view after the game. That includes anything to do with the actual conduct of the game including the involvement of fans, band, cheerleaders, teams, media, etc. It also very specifically includes all of the table crew.
if we have any problem outside the lines, it's up to your cabal to fix those problems when asked.
Your AD, Principal and vice principal can sell tickets and popcorn though.
