If he was doing it constantly I would not have given him the courtesy of a warning - I would have whacked him.

I am fairly tolerant of coaches and don't let many get under my skin but OTOH I don't let them question every call I make in the game. I will give a T where one is needed.

I have a game tonight with a team where the coach is vocal about calls. I dread it to be honest but I will let him complain as long as (1) it is fairly infrequent (2) has no profanity or (3) stays in his box. If any of those three conditions are broken I will give him a T; however, my hope is that I don't have to.
