Under NFHS, the clock does NOT stop at all for made baskets. You're thinking of the NCAA rule where the clock stops with a minute left in the 2nd half/OT on made baskets. NBA, the clock stops with made baskets under a minute in the 1-3 quarters and the final two minutes of the 4th/OT.
