As a self-proclaimed gamer, I can tell you that you won't find many games rated AO on any game system. All major retail stores won't sell titles above an M rating (which was why Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas was temporary pulled off the shelves when the Hot Coffee mod was discovered and retroactively given an AO rating instead of M. Rockstar Games had to re-release the game without the mod and get re-rated an M before retailers would sell the game again). Some will even go so far as to restrict sales of M rated games to minors.
