I had this a few seasons ago, and it happened very much as buckrog describes. Captain's meeting. As we're talking to captains, one girl lifts her shirt to wipe her face -- belly ring. We took her to the bench, told the coach she couldn't play with it, but that we were definitely not going to check for it.
