P90x is very good. Also Insanity with Shaun T is very good. It is a different type of workout than P90x but I would recommend it over P90x. Snaq, if you are looking for a workout that lessens the load on your knees i do not suggest Insanity. It is high-interval training with a high impact on the knees. It definitely will not help your knee problems
Maybe do different calisthenic exercises that don't hurt the knees
