1) I know this has been discussed on this forum before, but I can't seem to find the thread. A1 commits his 5th foul. 5th foul not recognized by the table. B1 completes his two free throws. Team A makes the throw-in and proceeds down the court. Timer blows the horn and informs officials that A1 has five fouls. A1 is disqualified and substituted. Is this correct or should the officials wait until the next dead ball to disqualify A1?

2) A1 recovers loose ball lying on the floor. Then proceeds to rise to her knees. I think I would rule this as an attempt to get up and call traveling. How would you call this?

3) Sorry kinda long. I was lead in a game that was a 30 point blow out by the third quarter. I can tell green 32 is getting frustrated and something nasty may occur. White 10 goes up for a shot and green 32 bumps him hard. I continue to stay with the play to see if anything would develop and did not watch the ball. I signal two shots and players line up. After white 10 makes one free throw I grab the ball with the intent of administering the second. I notice ten players are in motion and eight are moving down court. @##%!. Either ten players don't know what's going on or two officials have made a mistake. I go over to the table and ask official scorer if the basket went in on the foul. He says yes but didn't count it because I didn't indicate it counted. I think this is a correctible error and count the basket for white and give the ball to green for a throw -in. Green coach goes ballistic but since it was my mistake I listen to his concern (ranting) and do nothing. By rule was this a correctible error or did I make a mistake? Also, I believe it is the trail's responsibility to observe the ball to see if it goes through the hoop (although I do feel responsible for the mistake), please correct me if I am mistaken.
