I realize that a team member cannot leave the bench area for unauthorized reasons per 10-3-6i & 10-5-5.
However if the spectator is a fan from the opposing team, that team's HC could get an indirect charged, or the floor officials can just ask that the spectator be removed from the premises depending on the seriousness of the actions from the spectator & how thick-skinned the floor officials are. (I'm trying to remember the rule for this but right now can't remember
