I didn't personally eject a coach, but I saw a coach get ejected for charging at the ref stand during a tournament for club volleyball. It was on the adjacent court to mine, and the coach was angry because the ref did not see a touch at the net on a high attacked ball that went over the end line. The coach was ejected from the site for his over the top actions.
