It looks like to me that the video is scripted and that the players are not actually playing a game. They are setting up plays for the officials to call for the video.
On the 1st play where the official calls a block, he has no partner in trail. So he is either reffing solo or these are set up scripted plays. The contact on the play was extremely marginal and the offensive player looks like she misses on purpose.
#Edit# Okay never mind I just saw the video for "Working by yourself" and the above clip came from it. So he WAS working by himself and that contact WAS marginal
