I was born in Minnesota and on Saturday evenings I am inclined to listen to Minnesota Public Radio, in particular A Prarie Home Companion with Host Garrison Keillor.
Garrison Keillors signature monologue is "The News from Lake Wobegon."
Keillor always ends that segment with :"And that's the news from Lake Wobegon, where the women are strong, the men are good lookin', and the children are all above average. "
You weren't far off joking about something I may have said.
